Sager + Mack climate management through climate protection project
Sager + Mack GmbH & Co. KG has successfully established a climate management system, enabling it to implement clearly defined climate protection targets and thus improve its greenhouse gas balance.
Sager + Mack's climate management was carried out as part of the "Klimafit" climate protection project, in which the Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft Schwäbisch Hall (WFG) acts as the project sponsor, represented by the district administration office and climate center, as well as the consulting firm CMC Sustainability GmbH as a partner.
Over a project period of nine months, the emissions in Scopes 1, 2 and 3 at Sager + Mack were determined and evaluated. According to Sager + Mack, it is very important to the company to actively do something for climate protection. Sager + Mack has been developing and producing chemical pumps for more than 30 years, including for electroplating technology.
