Sager + Mack shows new JETMack filter without filter media
At SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024, Sager + Mack will be presenting the new JETMack as a supplier of pump and filter systems for the electroplating industry. The maintenance-free filter system does not require any filter media at all.
Sager + Mack will be presenting the new JETMack as a new product at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024. The device filters according to the principle of a cyclone with a high separation rate and variable separation particle size. It does not require any filter media and is therefore particularly sustainable. In addition, the amount of waste and therefore the disposal costs are reduced to an absolute minimum. This technology also reduces the use of chemicals.
As there is no need to change the filter media, there are no process interruptions. The JETMack filter is completely maintenance-free. The flow rate is between 10 m³/h and 40 m³/h, depending on the size of the appliance. Sager + Mack will be represented at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024 on stand C33/17.
