Dürr's new EcoSupply2 Core is a modular paint supply station that compactly integrates all necessary components. The space-saving, easy-to-operate system is ideal for all industrial applications where painting is carried out in confined spaces.

From engineering to assembly to commissioning, EcoSupply2 Core from Dürr saves integrators and end customers a lot of time, because the pre-assembled complete package is only commissioned on site and is certified for the European, US and Asian markets. Whether wood or construction industry, injection molding or automotive suppliers: EcoSupply2 Core can be used wherever machines are to be supplied with paint. For this purpose, the system combines several products: an agitator, pumps or pressure vessels that convey the paint, filters for cleaning, and pressure regulators. In addition, sensors can be installed to indicate the level in the paint barrel or lifters for easy replacement of the barrels. "With EcoSupply2 Core, we have developed the first paint supply station as a standard solution that is also highly flexible. It offers customers 15 individual configuration options thanks to its wide range of individual components," explains Tom Reiner, product engineer at Dürr.

According to the manufacturer, EcoSupply2 Core significantly reduces the effort for integrators, because the ready-to-use system is simply bolted into the floor and put into operation. This eliminates almost all assembly work, as well as engineering. Previously, the integrator had to document both. This obligation is also eliminated, because Dürr guarantees via a declaration of conformity that the EcoSupply2 Core has been technically tested. The EcoSupply2 Core is available in numerous variants. A diaphragm pump for use in the low-pressure range can be selected as the core of the station, or a piston pump for applications up to 300 bar - depending on the subsequent application technology and the paint used. Depending on the pump, there are different flow and return regulators for different flow rates and pressure ranges. Dürr supplies pressure vessels of up to 60 liters with the paint supply station. If buckets or drums (30, 60 or 200 liters) are used, the paint is drawn from the original container. While pumps, controllers and containers are available in various designs, other components can be optionally added, such as the agitator, filter or a lifter that raises the pump for changing the paint container. Industrial companies can also obtain EcoSupply2 Core as a pure agitator station. This means that the paint can be stirred in a separate station and production does not have to be interrupted for as long for the color change. The EcoSupply2 Core is available immediately.
