ScanRG: Innovative scanner technology at Control 2025

ScanRG GmbH will be presenting its pioneering scanner technology for inline and offline quality control of technical components, for example, at Control 2025 from May 6 to 9 in Stuttgart.
Trade visitors to Control 2025 can visit the stand of ScanRG GmbH from Aachen (Hall 5, Stand 5414) to see for themselves the powerful solutions that combine 3D scanning, color measurement in RGB and near-infrared (NIR) and efficient data processing in just one device. The Inliner from ScanRG was specially developed for the inline quality control of components or baked goods and is based on the proven technology of the multispectral N1 scanner. The device captures products on the conveyor belt in 3D, color and near-infrared and calculates product parameters in real time, even at high belt speeds. Products that are outside specified tolerances can be automatically sorted out. The inliner is individually adapted to the customer's requirements and therefore enables flexible integration into existing production lines.
The Qualimeter was developed for the random quality control of printed circuit boards, plastic parts, metallic components and ceramic components. The focus was placed on the best possible detection of the object and therefore maximum precision of the evaluated parameters. parameters. Thanks to the combination of linear and rotary movement, the Qualimeter delivers optimum measurement results even with very demanding geometries. The components are captured in 3D, RGB and NIR, the quality characteristics are evaluated and displayed by means of an acoustic signal and the user interface. At the ScanRG stand at Control from May 6 to 9, 2025, visitors can experience the future of quality control live, with the ScanRG team presenting innovative solutions in person and answering questions.
