Oltrogge at the PaintExpo 2024

Heating the atomizer gas also improves the viscosity of the paint. In addition, the ionization of the nitrogen ensures a higher application efficiency and thus a reduction in overspray. But the result also scores in terms of quality: painting with nitrogen produces a very even, fine spray pattern, which significantly reduces painting defects such as orange peel or runner formation.
