Mega-Check DX coating thickness gauge from List-Magnetik at PaintExpo 2024

At PaintExpo 2024, List-Magnetik will be presenting its Mega-Check DX coating thickness gauge for connection to many specialized digital probes. Applications on particularly small openings, thick coatings and small measuring points are possible without any problems.
Special functions such as scan measurement for rough surfaces and duplex measurement for galvanized and additionally coated steel round off the performance spectrum of the Mega-Check DX coating thickness gauge from List-Magnetik. A completely newly developed digital probe technology allows very stable measurements thanks to its high sampling rate. The signals are already digitized in the probe for absolutely interference-free and precise measurement. This results in very accurate, reproducible measurements. The coating thickness gauge has a graphic LCD touch panel with innovative user guidance and a resolution of 320x480 pixels. The menu navigation is in German and English, other language packages can be installed. The blue silicone frame effectively protects the housing from damage.
With the flexibly divisible measured value memory, the freely definable calibration memories and the Bluetooth Low Energy interface to Windows, Android or iOS, all options are available for recording and processing measured values. The scan function allows a workpiece to be scanned over a rough surface and the data to be statistically evaluated. The additional analogue display supplements the visualization of the measured values, allowing trends and peak values to be identified even from the corner of the eye. The duplex function simultaneously records the individual layer thickness when measuring insulating layers on galvanized steel parts. Power can be supplied via 3 AA batteries or an external source connected via USB. The device can be operated with a power bank or from a mains adapter. The probe cable, which can be plugged in at both ends, connects the display device and digital probe and can be easily replaced in the event of a cable break.
