parts2clean 2025: New impetus for component cleaning in the industry

parts2clean 2025 aims to provide new impetus for industrial parts and surface cleaning. The trade fair covers the entire spectrum from deburring, degreasing and classic component cleaning to high-purity applications.

Technological and social changes require industrial companies worldwide to adapt their range of products and services as well as their production technologies and supply chains. This results in new tasks and challenges for industrial parts and surface cleaning. parts2clean 2025 offers an expanded range of solutions and a supporting program. From deburring, degreasing and classic component cleaning to high-purity applications, it covers an even more extensive range of applications. The 21st Leading International Trade Fair for Industrial Parts and Surface Cleaning will be held at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre from October 7 to 9, 2025.

With its globally unique range of solutions for component and surface cleaning, parts2clean covers the tasks of all industrial sectors. The leading international trade fair aims not only to reflect the market, but also to promote professional exchange and provide users with impetus for efficient, reliable and sustainable solutions to changing cleaning tasks. "That's why, in addition to the core areas of industrial parts and surface cleaning, the next chapter of the highlight topic "High Purity" will be opened at the upcoming parts2clean," reports Christoph Nowak, Project Director at Deutsche Messe AG. "In addition, the topic of deburring will be much more in focus than before."

High Purity - Next Chapter

When introducing the topic of high purity at the last parts2clean in 2023, the focus was on the terms used by the cleaning industry in this area and the aspects to be considered, such as the production chain and environment. "Under the motto "High Purity. Next Chapter', the focus at parts2clean 2025 will now increasingly be on application-specific factors and criteria," explains Christoph Nowak. The organizer is thus taking into account the growing number of cleaning tasks in which very high requirements for particulate cleanliness, sometimes down to the nanometer range, and extremely strict specifications regarding residual film contamination must be met and, in some cases, hydrogen-induced outgassing (HIO) substances must also be taken into account. Cleaning solutions for such tasks are required in the semiconductor, optical and optoelectronic industries, electronics, sensor technology, photonics, thin-film technology, vacuum, laser and analysis technology, aerospace, defense technology, medical and pharmaceutical technology as well as in various areas of e-mobility.

Deburring - Reloaded

The deburring production step has been part of the parts2clean exhibition spectrum from the very beginning. The fact that it will be the focus of another highlight topic at the upcoming trade fair is due to the generally increasing demands on particulate cleanliness. They cannot be achieved without optimally deburred components. "In discussions with exhibiting companies and visitors, it became clear that they would like to see a much stronger presence of the topic of deburring at parts2clean due to the enormous dependence on technical cleanliness," explains Christoph Nowak. "parts2clean not only fulfills this wish, but also presents the holistic process of component and surface cleaning in even greater detail."

Future-proof, sustainable and efficient cleaning

Thanks to the expanded exhibition portfolio with the highlight themes of high purity and deburring, parts2clean presents the most advanced and comprehensive range of solutions worldwide for current and future tasks. Automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) and resource efficiency as well as the stricter regulatory requirements in some industries also play a role. "This makes parts2clean the ideal international information and procurement platform for all sectors of industry," adds Christoph Nowak.

Extensive supporting program with p2c.expert forum

The supporting program of the leading trade fair, which includes the bilingual p2c.EXPERTFORUM, established as a sought-after source of knowledge, also contributes to this. It is organized and held in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Cleaning Division and the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). The English-language p2c.TOURS enable visitors to find out more about specific topics and trade fair highlights. In addition, the new p2c.WEBINAR program covers the knowledge requirements for industrial parts and surface cleaning during the two-year trade fair breaks. The first event, which was free of charge for participants, took place on December 4, 2024. (OM-1/25)
