Parts Finishing 2025: Deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing

In November 2025, the new Parts Finishing trade fair will combine the main areas of deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing under one roof over two days. A new exhibition concept focuses on efficiency and cost minimization.

Note: The Parts Finishing has been canceled for 2025 (see news). When a new date is fixed, we will publish it here.

The new Parts Finishing trade fair from November 12 to 13, 2025 will be launched with an innovative concept. Adapted to the changing requirements of the manufacturing industry, it will present solutions for the production steps of deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing under one roof at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center. The duration of the trade fair of just two days and turnkey, customizable stand packages ensure reasonable, precisely calculable participation and ancillary costs.

Parts Finishing with a new exhibition concept

The aim of exhibitors at a trade fair is to meet potential business partners in person, maintain and intensify current customer relationships, as well as to network and monitor the market. "The concept of the new Parts Finishing trade fair is designed to enable exhibiting companies to achieve this goal with the lowest possible financial and personnel expenditure," reports Nicolas Herdin, who has been in charge of the private trade fair organizer fairXperts GmbH & Co. KG since January 2025.

This begins with the fact that the trade fair bundles solutions for deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing under one roof. The range of exhibits covers everything from systems, processes, tools and media to quality assurance and services - from standalone processes to interlinked production lines. "By bringing together these complementary manufacturing steps, suppliers can present their entire product portfolio in an ideal interdisciplinary context. It also makes it easier to build strategic partnerships between exhibitors," explains Nicolas Herdin. On the other hand, visitors from production management, planning and control, product and process development, design and quality assurance can very effectively obtain a comprehensive overview of the state of the art, current developments and trends for the company-specific optimization of three process steps required in every parts production by visiting the trade fair.

High cost efficiency thanks to 2-day trade fair and customizable stand packages

In an economically challenging environment, it is important for manufacturing companies to present their capabilities to potential and existing business partners. At the same time, it is important to save costs and use existing budgets as efficiently as possible. Parts Finishing also helps with this. On the one hand, the trade fair lasts just two days, which minimizes idle time for establishing and maintaining contacts. And thus also the costs incurred for personnel and hotel. On the other hand, turnkey, customizable stand packages starting from an exhibition area of twelve square metres reduce costs before and during the trade fair. Even the basic version at a fixed price includes, in addition to the space rental, high-quality stand construction including basic furniture, printing of the wall design provided by the exhibitor, electrical connection and power consumption as well as services that are billed separately at other trade fairs. "This makes it possible for exhibitors to precisely calculate the costs of participating in the trade fair," adds the Managing Director.

Added value knowledge transfer

The exhibitor presentations will be complemented by the knowledge transfer of the bilingual Parts Finishing Expert Forum, which will be held on both days of the trade fair. The presentations, which will be simultaneously translated (German <> English), will focus on solutions for specific applications, current developments and trends from all three exhibition areas. Further information can be found on the Parts Finishing trade fair page and in the Surface online trade fair special. (OM-3/25)
