Bronzing

Bronzing is a process used in metalworking and art to cover objects with a layer of bronze or to give them a bronze-colored appearance. There are various methods of applying bronze to an object. These include electroplating, in which a layer of bronze is applied to the object through an electrochemical process. Another method is the application of bronze powder to an object coated with adhesive, which creates a bronze layer. A third method is bronzing by patination, in which a bronze layer is created by chemical treatment, which can then be polished.

Bronzing is often used in art to enhance sculptures, reliefs and other objects. It is also used in industry to coat metal parts and give them a decorative or corrosion-resistant coating.
