Bonding
Bonding is an important process in surface technology that is used to permanently bond two materials together. The surfaces of the materials are prepared so that they can form a strong bond. They are then bonded together, often under pressure or with the help of heat or chemical reactions.
Bonding is used in various industries, such as in the electronics industry for the production of semiconductor components or in the automotive industry for joining car body components.
