ASI (alkali silicate)

Alkali silicate plays an important role in surface technology. This compound, also known as water glass, is often used to coat and seal surfaces. Their chemical resistance and ability to bond firmly with a variety of materials make alkali silicates an ideal means of protecting and improving surfaces.

Alkali silicates are often applied as a primer or protective coating on concrete and metal surfaces.
