Wiwa introduces new airless gun and mixing and dosing system
Wiwa Wilhelm Wagner GmbH & Co. KG has two new developments in the starting blocks: the Wiwa 500 DX airless gun and the Wiwa Fleximix Easy electronically controlled mixing and dosing system for multi-component materials.
Compared to the tried-and-tested Wiwa 500 D, the new gun has a number of improvements that will make everyday work easier for users: For example, the filter is located directly in the housing for easy replacement. This means that the handle and the protective bracket do not have to be removed, which is time-consuming. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the gun is also light and comfortable to hold. Thanks to the sealing unit, repairs are easy to carry out. In addition, the built-in swivel joint has a low torque and the trigger can be pulled with little force. Here you can choose between a two-finger and a four-finger trigger.
The Wiwa 500 DX could be connected to the likewise new Wiwa Fleximix Easy - the entry-level model, so to speak, which in its simple design goes back to the origins of the Fleximix series to a certain extent. The system is designed for simplicity and user-friendliness, with intuitive switches and a clearly laid out display, which can also be used to play smaller files such as repair videos. Safety is also an issue: on the one hand, the system is enabled using a key switch, while on the other, the robust design ensures durability and trouble-free operation - and therefore planning security. An explosion-proof version is also planned. Wiwa will be exhibiting at PaintExpo 2024 in Hall 1, Stand 1114.
