The Wenglor Sensoric Group will be presenting pioneering sensor and image processing solutions at the international trade fair for industrial automation, SPS - Smart Production Solutions in Nuremberg, from November 25 to 27.

Visitors can look forward to numerous new products and technological highlights from Wenglor at SPS 2025. From innovative sensors to modern cloud solutions, the portfolio is diverse and advanced. A world first will be on show this year: the first time-of-flight sensor with blue laser light. The new P1PY21 series is the world's first time-of-flight sensor series to work with blue laser light. Due to the shorter wavelength, blue light penetrates less deeply into object surfaces, which enables stable detection even with dark, shiny, organic or (semi-)transparent materials. Equipped with the proven Dynamic Sensitivity technology, the Wintec with blue light combines precision and innovation, making it the ideal solution for complex applications in automation technology.

Wenglor sensor and image processing solutions at the SPS

In the Machine Vision area, Wenglor will be presenting the new AI Lab. The high-performance platform enables efficient data management and the training of AI models in the cloud. The UniVision 3 software enables image acquisition and the high-performance execution of AI models on machine vision products. The WeHub software ensures seamless communication between the AI Lab cloud platform and the UniVision 3 image processing software. In addition to these highlights, Wenglor will be showcasing numerous other innovations at SPS, including the new P1MW contrast sensors for print mark detection in series applications.
