Many paint stores are looking for skilled workers. Often, the proven employees who do not have a vocational qualification as a process mechanic for coating technology but have been working in their company for many years are not considered. In September 2023, a measure for vocational post-qualification as a process mechanic for coating technology will now start in the Bielefeld region.
The costs of the qualification measures will be fully covered by the Federal Agency for Employment, including a wage subsidy of up to 100 percent for the company. This is paid for the period during which the employees are undergoing further training. This is made possible by the regulations of the Qualification Opportunities Act, which unfortunately are still known to too few people.
