Walther Trowal at the AMB 2024

At AMB 2024, Walther Trowal will be showcasing its mass finishing machines for the surface finishing of high-quality metal workpieces along the entire mass finishing process chain. The company will also be presenting a rotamat for the environmentally friendly coating of small parts, which is also suitable for PFAS-free paints.
At AMB 2024, Walther Trowal will be presenting a TT 90 A/2C centrifugal machine for metal parts. This two-batch machine significantly minimizes non-productive times, thus achieving a very high throughput with a small footprint. One batch is processed in the machine, for example deburred, rounded, smoothed or polished. At the same time, the workpieces from the second batch are separated from the abrasive media. The CB rotary vibrators also on show at the trade fair are particularly suitable for integrating mass finishing into interlinked production processes: The optionally available lateral feed hopper and the uncovering of the ramp before emptying facilitate integration into automatic production processes.
For the coating of mass-produced small metal parts, Walther Trowal is presenting the Rotamat R 60, which some users are already using for PFAS-free coatings. Many technical functional coatings still contain substances such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and solvents that need to be replaced. Although they have not yet been banned, pressure from the public is increasing. With the Rotamats, Walther Trowal offers manufacturers of metal parts and contract coaters a solution to quickly implement the transformation to PFAS-free coatings. Walther Trowal will be exhibiting at AMB 2024 in Stuttgart (September 10 to 14, 2024) in hall 5, stand no. 5B48.
