Venjakob at the PaintExpo 2026: Mobile coating system

Venjakob will be presenting a new mobile coating system for heavy-duty parts at its stand at PaintExpo 2026. It will also show how delicate and optically sensitive glass packaging can be coated.
At this year's PaintExpo 2026, machine manufacturer Venjakob will be presenting itself to a new clientele. "We want to increasingly address industries from the fields of renewable energy, mobility, glass and metal," says Gert große Deters, Business Unit Manager for General Industry and Automotive. Using current lighthouse projects, Venjakob will be demonstrating the different dimensions of workpieces that can be involved in automated coating. At PaintExpo, the company will be showing a new development for coating heavy-duty parts such as monopiles. These are columns weighing up to 2000 tons with a diameter of up to twelve meters, on which the offshore wind turbines stand in the sea. An automatic mobile coating system was developed for this purpose and, together with the customer Rodopi, brought to series production and marketed. "This mobile system, which can be transported with a forklift truck, demonstrates what we are capable of in customer-oriented development with our cross-industry expertise. This system can also be used for the automatic coating of heavy-duty projects of all kinds," says Große Deters.
Coating glass packaging with Venjakob solutions
Filigree and optically sensitive glass packaging, such as that used in cosmetics - for lipstick tubes, perfume bottles and more - presents a completely different coating challenge. In a current project, Venjakob is using robotics for precise handling in the automatic coating of hollow glass in large quantities. Depending on customer requirements, Venjakob integrates its robotics solutions for different tasks: for material handling, drying and coating. Venjakob will be demonstrating suitable applications for various coating solutions to interested industry representatives at PaintExpo in Hall 2, Stand 2318.
