User-friendly and reliable suction extraction from CleanControlling
CleanControlling presents the particle suction extraction system C|PS³apex at Partsclean 2023. As a new development of the predecessor system, it is the measure of technology and guides through the inspection process with voice announcements.
Due to their dimensions - e.g. of battery systems - cleanliness tests of e-mobility components place new demands on particle extraction. Also the demand for dry extraction methods lead to alternative extraction methods like suction extraction. The suction extraction method developed by CleanControlling meets these special requirements and enables reproducible and economical testing of this range of components.
Suction extraction is a variant of air extraction from VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 and refers to this for qualification and analysis. The method thus guarantees reproducible results. As a new development of the company's previous system, the established C|PS³apex suction extraction system represents the measure of technology, as Cleancontrolling will demonstrate at Parts2clean 2023. The user-friendly digital control system guides through the programmed inspection sequence with voice prompts.
