Sugino: Flexible Machine for High Pressure Water CNC Deburring and Cleaning

Whether cleaning difficult parts, removing burrs or performing both processes, Sugino's JCC systems are designed to perform them both tasks with high precision and repeatable results without a heat-affected zone. At Parts2clean, the company will present an upgrade version with a larger stroke (X-axis: 1,000 mm).
The machine allows to process a larger workpiece or two parts at the same time. The system is ideally suited for parts from the automotive industry, especially e-mobility, aerospace and large workpieces from the agricultural or construction machinery sector. Sugino will exhibit at booth D18 during Parts2clean 2023.
