Sita webinar: Measurement technology for quality assurance in component cleaning

A three-part webinar from Sita from April 14 to May 7, 2026 will teach the basics and practice of measurement technology for quality assurance in component cleaning. The focus will be on process control, bath monitoring and cleanliness testing.
From April 14 to May 7, 2026, a free, modular application training webinar will address the increasing demands on quality assurance in industrial component cleaning. In three coordinated modules, application experts will provide a compact overview of the key relationships between cleaning processes, the use of chemicals and stable component cleanliness. The aim is to enable participants to monitor and control cleaning processes in a targeted manner. In addition to the theoretical basics, practical approaches to process management are taught. The first module is dedicated in particular to quality assurance and shows how stable processes can be realized under industrial conditions.

The second and third modules focus on specific measurement strategies. The monitoring of cleaning baths, the influence of bath contamination and suitable measuring methods for dosing and maintaining cleaning media according to requirements are discussed. In addition, methods for checking the cleanliness of parts will be presented, including approaches to defining limit values and practical application examples. The individual modules combine lecture content with interactive Q&A sessions. Speakers are application specialists from the fields of tensiometry and fluorescence measurement technology. Upon completion, participants receive seminar documentation and a certificate of attendance. Registration is possible online.
