Serfilco: CeraMol against metal residues in rinsing baths and waste water

Serfilco has developed the new ceramic CeraMol material to effectively remove impurities and metal residues in electroplating rinsing baths and waste water. The company will be presenting it at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024.
The newly developed ceramic CeraMol material from Serfilco for the treatment of rinsing baths and waste water is an effective process that can be used to reliably remove acids, organic contaminants and, above all, metal and heavy metal particles, including copper, nickel, chromium, tin, cadmium, zinc, aluminum and iron.
The CeraMol material can be regenerated and is particularly cost-effective to use. Rinsing baths can be used for longer without refreshing and limit values in the treated waste water can be adhered to without any problems, so that the water can usually even be recycled back into the production process. Multi-stage Serfilco systems, individually adaptable, enable easy handling of CeraMol. Serfilco will be exhibiting at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024 in Hall 1, Stand C33.
