SensAction LiquidSens: Monitor bath and cleaner concentration online
At Parts2clean 2023, Endress + Hauser Flow Deutschland AG and its SensAction brand will present the LiquidSens measuring system, which can be used to reliably monitor bath and cleaner concentrations in cleaning systems online.
SensAction, a brand of Endress + Hauser Flow Deutschland AG, will present LiquidSens at Parts2clean 2023 (Hall 10, Booth E43), an efficient measuring system for precise and reliable online monitoring of the concentration of cleaning media, hardening polymers and corrosion protection products in liquids - also in integrated or Industry 4.0 manufacturing. Even the smallest changes are measured and recorded.
The app concept allows the system to be easily and quickly adapted to different applications. For random monitoring of cleaning systems, a mobile device is also available in the form of the LiquidSens Mobile. The user guidance and memory management have been specially designed for the control of several cleaning plants. Adaptation to the respective application is also simple via media apps.
