At Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, Sehon will present the AI Revolution, an AI-powered robotic painting system for the auto body and paint trade. The system is designed to automate painting processes while improving efficiency, cost savings, and surface quality.

Since the last Automechanika, Sehon has further developed the AI revolution and brought it to market. The AI-powered robotic paint system is now operational and available to customers. At Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, the system will be presented in Hall 11.0 at Booth E31. With the AI Revolution, Sehon aims to drive automation forward in body shops and paint shops. The robotic paint system combines automated painting processes with artificial intelligence and is designed, in particular, to enable high and reproducible surface quality. At the same time, the focus is on greater efficiency and cost savings in the painting process.

AI-Powered Robotic Painting for Body Shops

For the AI Revolution, Sehon has been nominated for the Automechanika 2026 Innovation Award in the “Body & Paint” category. Visitors can experience the system firsthand during live workshops at the trade show. In addition, the company offers training courses on the new painting technology at its Training Center in Gechingen. In addition to AI-powered robotic painting, Sehon will present other solutions for body shops and paint shops at Automechanika. At Booth D57 in Hall 11.1, the focus will be particularly on sustainability and energy savings. In this way, the company combines the increasing automation of painting processes with the goal of reducing energy and resource consumption in paint shops. However, the AI revolution as a new solution for automated vehicle painting is at the heart of this year’s trade show presentation.
