Sager + Mack presents filter system for electroplating technology

Sager + Mack presents a new filter system for electroplating that successfully transfers the proven principle of cyclone deposition to electroplating electrolytes. It can be seen this year at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026.
Particle contamination and zinc oxide formation are key challenges in electroplating technology. They impair the coating quality, reduce corrosion resistance and increase effort and costs. Conventional filter systems reach their limits here. With the JetMack, Sager + Mack presents a practical solution: the new filter system successfully transfers the proven principle of cyclone separation to electroplating electrolytes.
Filter system awarded the 2026 Leipzig Electroplating Prize
According to the manufacturer, the new filter system from Sager + Mack impresses with its constant circulation performance, simple operation and reduced maintenance requirements. Users report clearer electrolytes, improved surface quality and greater occupational safety - while at the same time reducing operating costs and using resources more sustainably. The JetMack was awarded the Leipzig Electroplating Prize this year for this innovative achievement. Sager + Mack will be exhibiting at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 in Hall 1, Stand C41 (15).
