Rybak + Hofmann rhv-Technik receives another Top 100 Award
Rybak + Hofmann rhv-Technik GmbH + Co KG received the TOP 100 seal once again and for the third time. The company was particularly convincing in the scientific selection process in size category A (up to 50 employees) in the category "External orientation / Open Innovation".
Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates Rybak + Hofmann rhv-Technik GmbH + Co KG from Waiblingen on being awarded the Top 100 seal. The award ceremony took place at the Summit on June 28, 2024 in Weimar for all medium-sized companies that received the Top 100 seal at the beginning of the year. The contract finisher Rybak + Hofmann, which specializes in thermal spraying as a surface treatment technology, relies on employees who think ahead and contribute their ideas. Thinking outside the box is part of everyday life at the medium-sized company, as all employees are always keen to get involved and think outside the box.
"Our employees have interdisciplinary qualifications and are trained in several fields of activity. This means we have spread our expertise across many shoulders," explains Managing Director Claudia Hofmann. Sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas is something the medium-sized company also relies on in contact with its customers, who come from a wide range of industries - from seal manufacturers to packaging machine builders to the aerospace industry. Rybak + Hofmann runs its own academy to familiarize the design engineers of its customer companies with all the possibilities of thermal spraying and the different surfaces.
