Ruderer Tesa masking tapes for precise painting and coating processes

Masking for painting and powder coating processes

The Tesa 4334 precision masking tape is based on a particularly thin and tear-resistant special washi paper and enables very sharp paint edges for painting, filling or gluing applications. It adheres reliably to smooth and slightly textured surfaces and can be removed without leaving any residue after use. Tesakrepp 4309 paper masking tape is suitable for applications with higher mechanical requirements. Thanks to its flexibility, it enables secure masking even on curved surfaces or curves and can withstand temperatures of up to around 120 °C during drying. The PET masking tape Tesa 50620 was specially developed for thermally stressed processes such as powder coating. With a silicone-based adhesive, it remains dimensionally stable even at temperatures of up to 200 °C and can be removed in one piece after the oven process. Thanks to the combination of temperature resistance, chemical resistance and precise edge formation, masking tapes of this type help to make coating processes more economical and reliable.
