Roman Gaida becomes new CSO at Bürkert
As of November 1, Roman Gaida will take over the vacant position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems in Ingelfingen, Germany, and will be responsible for global sales and marketing activities as a member of the management board.

Roman Gaida has extensive industrial experience in various roles and internationally operating companies: After training as a cutting machine operator and subsequently working in various positions at Wieland-Werke in Ulm, Germany, as well as studying to become an industrial engineer and Executive MBA Technology Management, he was responsible for Business Development Plasma Coating at OC Oerlikon Balzers. Since 2017, Mr. Gaida has been responsible for CNC products in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at Mitsubishi Electric Europe as Divisional Manager EMEA Sales, Marketing, Service and Engineering and is also part of Mitsubishi's European Factory Automation Leadership Team.
For Roman Gaida, it is above all "the cultural fit and the Bürkert technology as well as its diverse areas of application" that have particularly convinced him. As CSO, Roman Gaida will join CEO Georg Stawowy, Meike Querengässer (CPO/CHRO), Stefan Müller (CTO) and Dr. Udo Gais (CFO) in November to form the management team of the family-owned company Bürkert Fluid Control Systems.
