Rösler distributes DLyte Carbide series from Gpainnnova worldwide

Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH and the Spanish technology group Gpainnova are expanding their partnership: After Rösler has already held the exclusive distribution rights for Gpainnova's DLyte industrial machining systems on the German market for some time, the world market leader Rösler is now also taking over the worldwide distribution for the Spanish technology group's carbide cutting tool series as well as the individual process development and servicing of the machines. In addition, Gpainnova is working closely with Rösler on the further development of the so-called DLyte carbide systems and the underlying DryLyte process. The carbide systems work with the patented DryLyte technology for the surface treatment of carbides and are intended to replace the drag finishing process as the standard in the machining of carbide cutting tools, thus ensuring even more efficient and better tools. By expanding its partnership with Gpainnova, Rösler is making further inroads into the tool machining sector, one of the company's new focus markets. We are convinced that DLyte is clearly superior to the drag finishing process in terms of quality, cycle time, handling and cost-effectiveness. In contrast to traditional processes, the DryLyte process works much more gently and without a mechanically abrasive approach. This offers our customers a new type of technology that removes the material on the basis of an ion exchange and thus produces a homogeneous cutting edge rounding and smooth surface.
