According to Deutsche Messe, the organizer, preparations for the restart of SurfaceTechnology Germany at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre are in full swing. "Despite the ongoing pandemic, we are looking forward to the summer with confidence and are very much looking forward to seeing all participating exhibitors, partners and visitors again at SurfaceTechnology Germany in Stuttgart," says Hendrik Engelking, Global Director of Deutsche Messe AG. Engelking has been responsible for SurfaceTechnology Germany, Parts2clean, Interschutz and LIGNA since December 1, 2021. He is also announcing an innovation for non-visitors: "We will be offering companies and visitors who cannot be in Stuttgart for a variety of reasons an extended digital offering so that they can also be part of the trade fair. However, the focus of SurfaceTechnology Germany 2022 will clearly be on on-site presence and networking."

This year's SurfaceTechnology Germany will focus on climate and environmentally friendly processes, resource efficiency and sustainability. The exhibition topics include electroplating technology, blasting technology, nano and micro technology, thermal spraying, industrial plasma and laser surface technology, coating materials, surface treatment, environmental protection and supply technology, services, pre-treatment, cleaning and measuring, testing and analysis technology. The specialist forum with its more than 40 presentations and discussions will provide insights into current research topics.
