The new Kambic climate chambers from CiK Solutions can be used to simulate exact climate profiles and climate cycles as well as temperature cycling tests with and without the addition of humidity for testing purposes.
Environmental influences or climatic conditions such as heat, cold and humidity can change abruptly and influence the properties of materials and products. An exact and fast simulation of these conditions is therefore essential in order to be able to make validated statements about the durability, aging and stability of products. High heat compensation and accelerated climate changes are the requirements here. The fast and ultra-fast Kambic climatic chambers were developed specifically for these applications. With their outstanding heating and cooling rates of fast 5 °C/minute and ultra-fast 10 °C/minute respectively, these test chambers are among the best in the world.
Exact climate profiles and climate cycles with and without the addition of humidity can be simulated with high precision. Short test cycles enable faster time to market and equip companies for the environmental simulation requirements of the future. As standard, the new models are available with chamber volumes from 340 liters to 1,000 liters and the temperature range from -40 °C to + 180 ° C. However, since the range of products to be tested is enormous, individual fabrications and customized variants of these "fast" climatic chambers can be developed if required.
