PSE 2026: Abstracts wanted for presentations on plasma surface engineering

The international conference PSE 2026 is calling for abstracts. Scientists and experts from industry are invited to submit current research results, technological developments and industrial applications of plasma surface engineering in the form of presentations or posters. Abstract submission is possible until January 31, 2026. The aim is to actively shape the scientific program and promote international exchange along the entire value chain of coating, plasma and ion beam technology.

PSE 2026 as a platform for plasma surface technology

PSE 2026 is one of the established international platforms for plasma surface engineering and covers a broad thematic spectrum. It is organized by the European Joint Committee on Plasma and Ion Surface Engineering (EJC/PISE) and the European Research Society for Thin Films (EFDS) and focuses on fundamental issues such as modelling, simulation and process diagnostics as well as experimental studies on layer growth and surface properties and industrial applications in series production. The multi-track conference program is complemented by special sessions, workshops, tutorials and interactive discussion formats that bring together current research trends, industrial requirements and international cooperation.
