PhoenixTM: Heat monitoring system for coating ovens
At PaintExpo 2024, PhoenixTM will be demonstrating how resources can be conserved through targeted heat monitoring: The FIS04 heat monitoring system uses measuring points to record the product and ambient temperatures in the coating oven.
Saving resources and energy play a major role in the coating industry. The surface treatment of products requires a lot of energy for production. This causes considerable costs and burdens for companies.
In order to reduce energy consumption without compromising the quality and processability of the products, it is necessary to know the coating oven temperatures and their effects very precisely. The FIS04 system from PhoenixTM, specially developed for the coating industry, travels through the oven with the components and records the actual product and ambient temperatures at up to 20 measuring points, allowing the user to see at any time whether the oven is in a balanced relationship with the energy input and product quality.
