"Pfeiffer Vacuum" becomes "Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions"

Rebranding at Pfeiffer Vacuum, a member of the global Busch Group: The company has been given a new name and a revised logo and will operate under the name Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions in future.
The rebranding of Pfeiffer Vacuum to Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions reflects Pfeiffer's comprehensive portfolio as a full-service provider for vacuum solutions as well as for semiconductor manufacturing solutions. The updated logo features a stylized representation of the rotor and stator blade of a turbopump, representing the spirit of innovation that has always characterized the company and will continue to shape the vacuum industry in the future.
The introduction of the new name and logo marks the seventieth anniversary of the company's first major innovation. Between 1954 and 1955, Pfeiffer developed the turbomolecular vacuum pump - an innovation that revolutionized vacuum technology. Today, as part of the Busch Group, Pfeiffer is a leading global provider of solutions for high and ultra-high vacuum technology with an extensive product portfolio that also includes leak detectors, measuring and analysis devices as well as vacuum components, chambers and systems. "Our new logo is more than a trademark. It tells our story, which began with the invention of the turbopump and has become a global success. Our teams develop and manufacture products that are used in the world's most advanced high-tech applications and future technological megatrends, pushing the boundaries of knowledge," explains Wolfgang Ehrk, CEO of Pfeiffer.
