Oligo Scanner detects surface damage with AI support

At PaintExpo 2024, Oligo will be showing what automated surface inspection could look like in the future with its trade fair innovation Adomea Scanner. Surface damage in automotive construction is reliably detected based on artificial intelligence (AI).
The Adomea scanner from Oligo Lichttechnik enables a fast and precise type of quality control and reliably detects - based on artificial intelligence (AI) - surface damage such as dents, scratches, paint flaking, deformations and all other bodywork damage. The LED tunnel is equipped with high-resolution cameras that capture signals to measure and analyze the car body surface during the scanning process, which takes just 45 seconds, and then classify and evaluate them. This makes the Adomea scanner a technology with a high degree of automation.
Oligo Lichttechnik GmbH - Surface Controls has been a specialist in the field of surface inspection for over two decades. The company's top priority is to constantly offer its customers new solutions to make the surface inspection process in the automotive industry more convenient. At PaintExpo 2024 in Hall 3, Stand 3632, the experts from Oligo will be showing more about the Adomea scanner as a trade fair innovation and will also be providing advice on visual LED surface inspection & color matching systems.
