The new PowerPulse CNp with ultrasound from LPW Reinigungssysteme requires a minimal footprint and offers maximum high purity technology. The compact, semi-automatic system was designed for demanding industrial applications in the production environment.

The PowerPulse CNp from LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH has a multi-stage design and serves as a fully-fledged system with manual batch handling. It combines pulsed vacuum by means of cyclic nucleation (CNp) and ultrasound. Both processes can be used simultaneously or selectively, depending on the cleaning task. The system also has integrated full-flow filtration, which ensures stable process conditions and supports low-maintenance operation close to production. Another key component is the integrated vacuum infrared drying as an independent process stage. It is an integral part of the concept and enables efficient and quality-assured results, even with sensitive or demanding components.

Simple semi-manual CNp ultrasonic system

Dirk Konzok, Sales Manager and authorized signatory at LPW: "We have responded to the increasing demand from our customers to offer a simple semi-manual CNp ultrasonic system that can do much more than previous solutions. We are now closing the gap between laboratory technology and production-related cleaning. The new LPW product stands for a practice-oriented approach to high-quality cleaning of complex geometries: powerful, flexible and tailored to the requirements of modern production processes." The system is particularly suitable for demanding tasks in areas such as medical technology, additive manufacturing and general industry. Typical areas of application include the cleaning of medical devices, capillaries and stents, the depowdering of additively manufactured components and the cleaning of complex geometries after The technical data at a glance: Footprint: approx. 2.2 m², dimensions (D × W × H): 760 × 2,812 × 1,496 mm, connected load: 35 A/15 kW, filter/heating circuit: approx. 1.2 m³/h, heating capacity: circuit approx. 3 kW, tank approx. 2 kW, ultrasonic output: approx. 9 W/l, tank usable volume: 55 liters. The new LPW system is available to users for trials at the LPW company site in Riederich.
