The subsidiary Mipa Nederland B.V. has taken over the automotive paint and dealer business of the long-standing Belgian importer B-Coat BVBA as of September 1, 2025. In future, the business will continue under the name Mipa Belgium, further expanding the Mipa Group's activities in Western Europe.

B-Coat has been a valued and reliable sales partner of the Mipa Group in Belgium for a long time and has contributed significantly to the successful distribution of Mipa products in the region. "With the establishment of Mipa Belgium, we are creating the basis for an even stronger market presence in Belgium and ensuring continuity for our customers and partners," emphasizes Klaus Fritzsche, CEO of MIPA SE. "At the same time, we are bringing the organization in the Benelux countries even closer together and thus creating structures that better reflect the realities of the market. This will enable us to make better use of synergies and offer our customers in the entire region an even stronger service."

Mipa continues its international growth strategy

Belgian customers will continue to enjoy maximum reliability: Both the site in Bornem and a large part of the experienced team will remain in place for Mipa customers in Belgium. This means that the familiar contacts will continue to be available and guarantee a high level of service quality, while at the same time creating new opportunities for the expansion of the product range and market activities. The takeover underlines MIPA SE's clear strategic focus on sustainable growth in Europe. With its direct market presence in Belgium, the Mipa Group is strengthening its competitiveness, further expanding its proximity to customers and dealers and creating the basis for long-term success in the region.
