Mazurczak: New material stainless steel 1.4539 for heat exchangers

Mazurczak is expanding its range of heat exchanger materials to include stainless steel 1.4539 in order to open up new applications. Mazurczak will also be exhibiting plastic heat exchangers and heating coils at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026.
In order to open up new applications, Mazurczak is expanding its range of heat exchanger materials to include stainless steel 1.4539. The material is particularly suitable for use in solutions containing sulphuric acid (e.g. cooling of anodizing baths based on sulphuric acid), highly concentrated phosphoric acid and highly concentrated caustic soda. The anti-adhesive fluoropolymer coating ensures excellent non-stick properties and enables homogeneous heat transfer when incrustations restrict the heat transfer capacity of heat exchangers. The cleaning of heat exchangers that heat zinc-phosphate coatings is considerably simplified by the non-stick properties
Mazurczak plastic heat exchangers and heating coils
Mazurczak is also presenting plastic heat exchangers made of solid plastic. They are suitable for heating and cooling extremely aggressive media in which metallic plate heat exchangers cannot be used. Mazurczak heating coils for use in systems and tanks are characterized by their high power density. This means that a large heating capacity can be provided in relation to the required installation volume. Mazurczak will be exhibiting at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026 in Hall 1, Stand C41, (13).
