Krautzberger presents new automatic spray guns at PaintExpo 2026

Krautzberger will be presenting two automatic spray guns for different requirements at PaintExpo 2026: the GA 1 glazing unit and the new Xline model A 24. The focus is on efficient processing of abrasive media and user-friendly integration into automated coating processes.
With the GA 1, Krautzberger presents an automatic spray gun that is specially designed for abrasive media. The central feature is a pneumatically controlled diaphragm valve, which enables reliable switching with low wear. The elimination of the needle and needle packing significantly reduces maintenance costs. In combination with the integrated Xline nozzle system, the unit achieves a high spray pattern quality with a long service life. The design with large cross-sections and high air output also enables the reliable processing of large quantities of material and highly viscous media. Different adapter variants and optional circulation solutions support flexible integration into existing system concepts. The compact design also facilitates use in complex geometries and automated applications, for example in robot systems.
New Krautzberger automatic spray gun
Krautzberger is also expanding the Xline series with the entry-level model A 24. The automatic spray gun is designed for easy handling and is aimed at users who are looking for an economical solution for standardized coating tasks. New equipment features are aimed in particular at increased process stability and reproducible results in series production. With both new developments, the company is underlining the trend towards robust, low-maintenance and flexible spray systems for industrial surface technology. The systems will be presented at Krautzberger's trade fair stand 2110 in hall 2 at PaintExpo 2026 in Karlsruhe.
