At SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024, Keyence will be showcasing its VHX-7000N digital microscope, which combines 4K microscopy with numerous illumination options. Among other things, it can be used for residual dirt and grain size analysis of surfaces.

The VHX-7000N digital microscope from Keyence combines 4K microscopy with numerous illumination options to provide users with maximum flexibility and ease of use for optical inspection and analysis. A magnification range from 0.1x up to 6000x and technical functions such as the optical shadow effect mode help to visualize the finest details.

In addition, there is a wide range of analysis options, including residual dirt and grain size analysis, which help to increase the efficiency of microscopic applications. When the digital microscope is combined with the EA-300 laser-based material analysis unit, material analyses can also be carried out without the need for a vacuum or sample preparation. The Keyence stand at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2024 is located in Hall 1, F08.
