Kemper CEO relocates to the USA

Kemper GmbH CEO Frederic Lanz relocated his place of residence and work to the US state of Michigan at the turn of the year. This move strengthens the company's presence in one of the most important and dynamic markets in the industry.
For Kemper, North America plays a central role in long-term development. The market has been experiencing increasing demand for modern extraction technology, automation solutions and safety-relevant systems for years. With its local presence, Kemper aims to further expand its proximity to customers, partners, OEMs and strategic networks. "Our strategy has always been based on a simple principle: Do. We implement what we set out to do," says Frederic Lanz. "The move into the USA is a clear commitment to our growth strategy and a sign that we are implementing what we plan. For the market, for our customers and for the sustainable further development of Kemper."
Kemper sees geopolitical uncertainties as an opportunity
At a time of global geopolitical shifts and fragile supply chains, German SMEs are facing particular challenges. Increasing economic uncertainties and a high dependency on traditional markets harbor risks that require proactive action. Kemper sees this situation not as a threat, but as an opportunity for strategic realignment. The move into the USA is a conscious decision to diversify and minimize risk. By strengthening its North American foothold, the company is securing its global competitiveness and creating a robust basis for sustainable growth, regardless of regional economic fluctuations. The organizational basis has been systematically strengthened in recent years: clear responsibilities, strong management teams and robust processes in all operational areas. North America has been one of the company's fastest-growing regions for years. In an environment with a high degree of automation and large industrial networks, there are further opportunities for Kemper - both in the traditional core business and in new technologies. "The fact that Frederic is personally on site shows our ambition to not only seize the opportunities in this market, but to actively shape them," says Björn Kemper, CEO.
