KAP shows surface coating of metal parts at the Z-Fair 2023
KAP Surface Technologies uses innovative technical and chemical processes to meet individual customer requirements and enable an increased service life of the end products. In particular, services that lead to long-lasting corrosion and wear protection are the focus of KAP's appearance at the Z supplier trade show in Leipzig (Hall 4, booth D11).
In addition to corrosion protection, decorative or aesthetic requirements also play a role for KAP customers. Coating is carried out by means of a comprehensive range of services for a wide variety of metal surfaces such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc die casting or steel. This includes, above all, passivation, anodizing and chromium plating as well as electrogalvanizing or the KTL process (cathodic dip painting). The coating portfolio of KAP as a service provider includes KTL coating, powder coating, zinc nickel alkaline, zinc nickel acidic, zinc nickel ductile, zinc alkaline, zinc acidic, chromium VI-free aftertreatments, topcoats sealing anodizing/hard anodizing, passivating, copper-nickel-chromium (chromium VI & Chrome III), Delta Pro Zinc, painting, phosphating, impregnating, adhesion promotion, bond coatings, degreasing/pickling/washing, sol-gel coating (nano-coating) and radiator interior rinsing.
