J. Wagner GmbH awarded as TOP-Innovator 2023
Congratulations at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates J. Wagner GmbH from Markdorf on being awarded the TOP 100 seal. The company, which specializes in coating technology for surfaces, received the innovation award for the third time.
In the scientific selection process, J. Wagner particularly impressed in the category "Innovative processes and organization" in the size category of more than 200 employees. At Wagner, for example, the focus is primarily on topics such as digital transformation. It permeates the entire company and encompasses the essential business processes - with the relationship with customers at its heart. One example is the new digital customer platform "Wagner 365", which focuses on the customer journey.
Designed as a "Customer Interaction Hub", all interactions with customers from industry and trade come together here: Retrieving product information, configuring devices or even entire systems, ordering or querying the order status, requesting service, registering for training courses at the Wagner Academy and much more. Numerous automated processes run in the background for this purpose, which have been optimized or redesigned accordingly. Commenting on the award ceremony, Dr. Jens Arnoscht and Thomas Jeltsch, Wagner's two Chief Technology Officers, said: "We are delighted that Wagner has now been named a Top Innovator for the third time. Every day, many colleagues at Wagner work to make our customers' lives easier and surface coating even more sustainable.
