With the LEDcure NX, IST Metz presents a powerful, water-cooled LED UV curing system for industrial applications. It offers consistently high curing quality, reduces energy consumption and operating costs and supports the sustainable optimization of production processes.

With the LEDcure NX, IST Metz presents a new, water-cooled LED UV system that has been specially developed for industrial curing processes and is characterized by high energy efficiency, modular adaptability and improved operational reliability. The system is designed to meet the increasing demand for sustainable, process-stable and energy-efficient solutions in printing and coating applications. The LEDcure NX is based on water-cooled LED UV technology and achieves an efficiency of 48% with a maximum electrical output of 79 W/cm, which is above the typical efficiency level of LED UV systems commonly used in the industry. The optimized radiation characteristics guarantee uniform, reproducible curing results with reduced energy consumption and lower thermal load on the substrates.
