IMO Oberflächentechnik GmbH has once again received the “1A Training Company” award from the Northern Black Forest Chamber of Industry and Commerce this year. With this award, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce recognizes the company's continuous commitment to galvanic coatings in the qualified promotion of young talent.

The official presentation of the "1A training company" certificate to IMO Oberflächentechnik was made by Knut Lohrisch, member of the IHK management board, and Marie-Luise Lutz, coordinator for further training at the IHK. The award was accepted by IMO personnel manager Peter Quizzorek and the trainers Hubert Maisenbacher and Philipp Kiseljak. As one of the leading training companies in the region, IMO has been focusing on practical, high-quality training for decades. This is supplemented by internal teaching units and a wide range of further training opportunities. The aim is to teach young talents not only technical know-how, but also social skills and team spirit - supported by joint activities and external events.

"This award confirms our commitment to going above and beyond the legal requirements and offering young people the best possible prospects," emphasizes Peter Quizzorek. Special thanks go to the team of trainers, who contribute to the positive development of young professionals with their expertise and passion. With this new award, IMO underlines its claim to set standards not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of personnel development - and thus to sustainably strengthen the next generation of surface technology specialists.
