IHK Resilience Award 2025: Awards for surface technology companies
Pulverakademie Bader and Rieger Metallveredelung were awarded second and third place in the IHK Resilience Award Ostwürttemberg 2025. This year's award focused on the topic of "Diversity and Inclusion".
Around 120 guests attended the award ceremony for the Resilience Award Ostwürttemberg 2025 in Aalen on November 12. This year's focus topic was diversity and inclusion, which highlighted the importance of different perspectives and an open corporate culture for the resilience of regional organizations. This year's prizes, worth a total of 8,000 euros, were therefore awarded to outstanding examples of practiced resilience in the area of diversity and inclusion. First place went to Allnatura GmbH & Co KG from Heubach, while second place went to Pulverakademie Bader in Aalen. Two 3rd places were awarded this year to Schneider Möbelwerkstätten in Aalen and Rieger Metallveredlung in Steinheim. The organizing team - the Wirtschaftsclub Ostwürttemberg and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Ostwürttemberg - together with the top-class panel of representatives from regional business and industry honored this year's award winners.

At the award ceremony, Bader Pulverbeschichtung was recognized for passing on experience and knowledge. The experience and know-how of older colleagues is passed on to younger colleagues, ensuring that it is retained across generations. This ensures the future viability of the company. Rieger Metallveredelung GmbH & Co KG offers targeted language training and personal support as a basis for integration in order to give new employees a real career opportunity. Andrea Hahn, European and Economic Commissioner of the Ostalbkreis district, gave the welcoming address, emphasizing the importance of resilience for a sustainable regional economy. Dr. Julia Heindel and Maximilian Stütz, both members of Wirtschaftsjunioren Ostwürttemberg, hosted the evening with charm and professionalism.
