Hoenle: LED UV product innovation and new branding at Labelexpo Europe
UV specialist Hoenle will be showcasing state-of-the-art LED UV curing systems from the proven LED Powerline series at Labelexpo Europe 2025. Highlights include the innovative LED Powerline Web curing system. The new corporate design will also be presented.
With LED Powerline Web, Hoenle is presenting a new LED curing system at Labelexpo 2025 in Barcelona that is characterized by flexibility, efficiency and compact design. Developed to meet the requirements of modern production lines, LED Powerline Web offers a variety of technological highlights for the precise curing of UV materials. The system is available in two wavelengths for maximum application versatility: a UVA version for curing printing inks and a UVC version that is ideal for cross-linking UV coatings, silicones and adhesives. The UVC module can be flexibly positioned at any desired location and therefore offers maximum adaptability in different production environments. A key advantage is the efficient water cooling, which ensures consistently high and uniform performance even in continuous operation under demanding production conditions. The hybrid concept makes it very easy to switch from conventional UV to LED technology in existing processes: LED Powerline Web enables the optional use of both conventional UV lamps and LEDs without compromising system integration. Thanks to its compact design, the LED Powerline Web can be easily integrated into both new and existing machine configurations, making it an ideal solution for retrofits and new installations.
Hönle with a new corporate design
Also on show live at the stand: the unique UV dose measuring system UV Scan MACS and the entire Hoenle UV technology portfolio for drying and curing inks, paints and coatings, such as LED UV, IR/Hot Air and Inert UV solutions. As a special feature, Hoenle will present its new corporate design together with the introduction of a group-wide corporate brand and a new website. This change brings all of the company's expertise under one roof and reflects the company's global strategic development with the customer at the center.
