Hesse with new Planet-Stone Effect color sample card

Hesse has published a new sample card with ten Planet-Stone color shades. The Hesse Planet-Stone effect lacquer consists of real stone pigments and can be added as a powder to a water-based or solvent-based lacquer.
The lacquer and stain manufacturer Hesse is currently offering a sample card with all ten Planet-Stone color shades. The sample surfaces in the card are all produced with a water-based surface structure. In addition to the standard color tones, additional sample surfaces with different colored primers and a high-gloss finish are included. Here you are given incentives to creatively implement the many possibilities with the Planet-Stone effect paint. Planet-Stone effect lacquer from Hesse consists of real stone pigments and can be added as a powder to a water-based or solvent-based lacquer. The mixture can then be painted with a conventional cup gun. A total of ten different colored stone powders are available. The new effect palette ranges from light beige and various shades of brown to dark, almost black. But here too, there are no limits to the creativity of the paint finish. Different shades of colored lacquer primer and variable application quantities of Planet-Stone make almost unlimited color variations possible. Application is carried out using a spray gun with a large nozzle. Alternatively, the powder can also be sprinkled by hand into the basecoat while it is still wet.
Planet-Stone real stone effect
Surfaces painted with Planet-Stone are extremely robust and much lighter than solid stone. In addition to wood and wood-based materials, it can also be used on plastic and many other substrates. It is possible to paint geometries that would not be possible with stone, such as handrails on stairs or round and curved workpieces. A colorless top coat is possible, but not absolutely necessary. It offers further variations in terms of the smoothness and gloss level of Planet-Stone surfaces. Fully cured surfaces with the PUR base coat meet the chemical resistance requirements of DIN 68861-1B. The sample card is available from all Hesse-Lignal dealers. Surface samples can also be ordered from the Hesse sample store.
