Harter at Parts2clean: Energy-saving drying
The focus of Harter Drying Solutions' trade show appearance at Parts2clean 2023 is the topic of energy savings in drying. Both rack and bulk goods can be dried at low temperatures with the Harter condensation drying system with heat pump.
Safe and gentle drying with heat pump technology at low temperatures in an energetically closed system - these qualities and more characterize the condensation drying with heat pump specially developed by Harter Drying Solutions. Anyone who wants to dry their products completely, quickly and, above all, free of stains will find the right solution here. The highly efficient process is used for rack goods as well as for bulk goods in drums, screen baskets, tubs and other containers, for batch dryers of any kind as well as for continuous processes.
In its in-house technical center, Harter tests products for their drying properties and determines the parameters for successful drying. The temperature range in the dryers is low and so is the energy input. Heat pump technology is integrated in all Harter dryers. It works in such a CO2 and energy saving way that it has been classified as an eligible technology. Customers in the D-A-CH region therefore receive government subsidies for using Harter technology. The energy savings are proven to be up to 85 percent. Harter will be exhibiting at Parts2clean in Hall 010, Booth E36.
