H2O celebrates 40 years of Vacudest at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026

In its 40th anniversary year, the company will be presenting modern wastewater management at SurfaceTechnology Germany 2026. At stand C 41, (08) in hall 1, the experts from H2O will be on hand to answer questions and explain how an innovative evaporation system helps companies worldwide to reduce disposal costs, save fresh water and achieve their sustainability goals. The quality of the rinse water treated with Vacudest in particular sets high standards thanks to customized innovations. For example, the Clearcat technology produces crystal-clear, oil-free distillate that enables outstanding cleaning results in surface technology processes. It is ideal for reuse in the process.

Visitors to the stand will learn all about today's Vacudest generation: energy-efficient evaporator technology, sustainable cycle management & compliance with the highest quality standards, modern control systems and digital features as well as examples of cost savings and resource conservation with current systems. A special highlight of the trade fair appearance is the technical presentation on June 5, 2026 at 11:20 a.m. entitled "Wastewater-free pre-treatment: vacuum distillation as the basis for safe and efficient recycling". Roger Homberger, Sales Engineer at H2O GmbH, will shed practical light on how sustainable, wastewater-free processes can be realized in surface technology through the use of vacuum distillation.
