Galvano Prize 2025 announced
The DGO district groups of Thuringia and Saxony are awarding the Galvano Prize 2025, which will be presented on the occasion of the 30th Leipzig Technical Seminar 2025.
All companies in the electroplating and surface technology sector, i.e. raw material suppliers, process chemistry suppliers, system suppliers, component suppliers, electroplating/coating companies and other industry members can apply or be nominated for the Electroplating Award 2025. Companies that have successfully implemented innovative plant engineering services, process chemistry services, material-efficient solutions, energy-efficient solutions, ecological solutions or strategic corporate/management concepts have a good chance of receiving the award. The application or proposal for the next Leipzig Electroplating Award must be submitted by October 31, 2024 with a meaningful and sufficiently detailed description. In addition to a bronze statue, a certificate and a review in the journal Galvanotechnik, the winner will be given the opportunity to present their topic in a 20-minute lecture at the 30th Leipzig Technical Seminar on March 13, 2025. Full information can be found at galvanopreis.dgo-online.de.
