FreiLacke: Changes in company management
Hans-Peter Frei will leave FreiLacke as Managing Director, member of the Executive Board and responsible for the technical disciplines on December 31, 2025 after 36 years of service and 23 years of management and will retire.
In future, Dr. Rainer Frei will be responsible for FreiLacke's business as sole Managing Director. Stefan Kienzler, who has been responsible for the production areas at the company since 2018, has been appointed to the management team as Head of Technology and granted power of attorney in this context. As of October 1, 2025, the Executive Board will therefore consist of four people: Hans-Peter Frei, Dr. Rainer Frei, Roland Bäurer and Stefan Kienzler, and three people following the departure of Hans-Peter Frei.
